We partnered with CSE to help demystify their offering and articulate a clear, compelling value proposition across multiple audiences—from property developers and tenants to real estate agents and energy retailers.
Our focus was on creating crisp, adaptable collateral that could be used across tenders, sales conversations, and property listings, helping communicate how the model works at every stage of a project.
With a complex service offering and a relatively unfamiliar concept (at least in the New Zealand context), our role was to translate their deep technical knowledge into design-led, easily digestible explainers that speak directly to the needs and priorities of each stakeholder.
